Each of these services supports both awareness building and practical application for teachers, coaches, support staff and administrators. Through conversation with you, we will better learn your district needs and recommend an appropriate service or services. We will also partner with you in the development of a service to support the building of your team’s leadership capacity.

IntercultuRal Coaching

Intercultural Coaching and Team Consulting using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Development Plan (IDP)

This service supports the building of intercultural skills necessary for leading diverse districts and schools and uses a developmental approach. It includes a 30 minute Feedback Session, a 30-minute Coaching Session and a Team Profile. This service is a great option for building the individual and collective leadership capacity of district and school teams.

Mtss Support

Evaluation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support through an Equity Lens and Systems Change Consulting

This service is for districts and schools who have their MTSS structures in place and are interested in building team capacity to strengthen Tier 1 instruction.
